Consider the recent alcohol-related death of a UGA student. What are the responsibilities of the college or university vs. the responsibilities of the individual regarding alcohol awareness and safety? Remember to research statistics of alcohol use and abuse among college students, and review various alcohol policies and how/if they're enforced on campuses. If you plan to differentiate between large and small colleges/universities, make sure you come up with a clear definition of those descriptions.
